According to google, and in his words: To protect the security of accounts, Google requires you to verify your address so we can send you payments. To do this, we will send you your payment address a personal identification number (PIN) that you must enter in your account. 

This PIN will be sent when you reach the limit of verification of account which varies depending on the country: 
Mexico 100 MXN 
USA 10 USD
When it happens, the PIN will be sent to the address that you gave when you created your adsense account. And you have 4 months to add it to your account from which are generated the first time.

Spent 30 Days And does Not Reach The PIN

Don't despair, this usually takes sometimes a very long time. I personally never got the PIN. If you already passed 30 days since you asked for your PIN, you can re-apply for a second PIN. 

And if it takes another 30 days, then you order it and if you do not get what you ask for again. You can order it 3 times maximum waiting 30 days between each application. 

When the PIN has not yet arrived finally, Google will ask you to verify your identity with a copy of your id and a statement of account or a receipt of water, electricity, telephone, bank, where you can clearly see the address that you added in your adsense account. 

When you do this it will take around a maximum of 15 days and then your AdSense account will be active and ready to fatten your bank account. 

How Will I Receive My AdSense Profit?

When you have reached the limit check, sometimes you have to wait a little longer before putting the data on the method of payment. In Mexico, for example, need to get to 120 MXN before you can add to your bank account. 

Some countries accept payments by western union as it is Argentina. In Mexico you can't, you can only add your bank account. It seems to me Banco Azteca is pretty good. Is the one I use from a year ago. Does not charge monthly fees and you can open from 50 pesos.
